Continuing development and progression of skills is something I strongly believe in and this drives me to continue my education. I am constantly striving to create pieces which intrigue and cause the viewer to ask questions.
My recent work is an abstract representation of the mind and how it is affected by illness such as, dementia. My inspiration comes from my family, the relationship I had with my grandmother and the fragility of the mind.
My elegant and monochromatic sculptures are vibrant forms with definite strong linear qualities which have great visual impact. I like to combine bold, bright colours which are aesthetically stimulating.
