All prices and specifications are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices exclude VAT.

All goods remain under the ownership of Melissa Nicholls Glass until all monies payable in accordance with the invoice have been paid in full.

The purchaser is responsible for inspection of all products upon receipt and notifying us of any problems within 24 hours.

Whilst every effort has been made to verify the technical information on the website we cannot be held responsible for errors of omissions in this data.

Specifications and Appearance

Whilst every effort has been made to supply up to date photographs and descriptions we cannot therefore be held responsible for any such changes.

Delivery

Melissa Nicholls Glass cannot be held responsible for products being out of stock or any delays in delivery, we will make every effort to inform you of any delays as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours.

Delivery times given are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Once orders are in transit any cancellation or change of delivery address will be charged.

Deliveries do not include unpacking, positioning, erecting or installation of any items.

Please check building access in relation to the size of the items ordered. Melissa Nicholls Glass cannot be held responsible for any items being unable to be delivered due to access problems.

On receipt of deliveries please check item(s) on arrival and ensure the delivery note is signed to state the goods have arrived in good order.

If an item is delivered damaged please contact us within 24 hours so that a replacement can be arranged. We would require a copy of the delivery note signed by the customer and courier stating the item is damaged. Claims received for damaged goods where the delivery note does not indicate damages shall be void and no replacement given.

Warranty

All equipment is covered by the our limited warranty as stated for each product. In the event of a fault with any product during the warranty period, please contact me quoting your invoice number, and details of the problem.

The warranty is not transferable and lies with the original purchaser.

Use of products other than for its designed purpose will invalidate the warranty.
