I will be showing my wares at the British Craft Trade Fair in Harrogate this weekend 15th -17th April. Its my first year and I'll be one of the many newcomer's to the fair. Come and visit stand N23 and say 'Hello!' if you're exhibiting or visiting.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, view the basket and click "checkout". You can now register or login to complete the order.

 

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

Delivery

Mainland UK delivery:

  • We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
  • Courier delivery - deliveries are on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am - 5pm, a signature on delivery is required.
  • First class (Royal Mail) - normally delivered within 2 - 7 working days, no signature required.
  • (Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery time, or take responsibility for non delivery, for parcels sent via Royal Mail.)

For orders outside the UK, please contact us for shipping costs.

We accept payment by cheques, Switch, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers.

Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

 

We aim to get all products to you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied please contact us without delay. Any refund for damaged goods will only be considered once the goods have been received by us again following authorisation by ourselves.
