The Artist Melissa Nicholls

The Artist
Melissa Nicholls

Melissa Nicholls completed her degree at the University of Wolverhampton, followed by high skills training at the International Glass Centre in the West Midlands. Melissa also has a Masters degree in Design and Applied Art from Wolverhampton University. In 2013 Melissa attended Pilchuck on a scholarship to develop caneworking skills from which her latest body of work stems.

Melissa is part of a fresh new wave of central England talent and has established herself as a successful glass artist. Melissa exhibits her work around the country and will be taking part in this year's British Craft Trade Fair.
